| We had always loved sphynxes & contacted Jen after very sadly our first sphynx kitten passed away of a heart condition. We had a devon rex kitten, Sharkey, that needed a buddy & our experience with our sphynx made us absolutely certain that the sphynx was the breed for us. Jen was very helpful & understanding of what had happened & it wasn’t long before Jen had a special little man that we could bring into the family. |

We settled on the name Roastie (aka The Roast Man, Roast, Toast) after noticing how much he resembled a Roast Chicken when he’s crouching down, and with a Dad called Spud we thought it was the perfect name! You can always be sure to find Roastie scrambling up anything possible to climb , the higher the better - he's fearless! On cupboards, shelves, doors, curtains rails, or unsuspecting people! He'll climb to the top of something & let out an almighty meow so you’ll come and have a look, then he'll purr like an engine. He’s very trusting little man & he’ll flop in to your arms from a great height. Roastie & Sharkey are the absolute best of friends & love to curl up together, then chase each other at 100mph round the house!

Roastie is such a loving little man, he loves his tummy being rubbed & will always come over for big cuddles , he sleeps by our sides the whole night long. I think he likes to think of himself as the man of the house, yet we know that he is a big softie at heart & Sharkey rules the roost! He’s the fastest eater I have ever seen & is a crafty little fella – he’ll work out how to get to any food that’s been left out by mistake, a sealed treat box left on the side will be pushed on the floor to spill the treats inside – we even found him wolfing down dried apricots one time!

We’re so glad we found Jen & that she let us give one of her little ‘uns a home, & we know she’s always at the end of the phone!
